To our sponsors, clients, providers, supporters and friends,
Today the Board of Directors made the difficult decision to dissolve No Soldier Left Behind. Each and every member of the Board has big changes on the horizon, including a new job, a new baby, a new deployment, back surgery and chronic health issues. While we wish we could continue to serve the military PTSD community, we simply cannot. We are proud of the work we have accomplished in the four years we have been working for our troops. With your help, we have raised over $150,000 and helped over 50 service members and family members in Colorado, Michigan, Texas, Nevada, Vermont, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Idaho.
While we are stepping back from the fight against PTSD, there are others who can step in where we are leaving off:
· Heal the Hero Foundation works with Vitanya, Inc, and works in seven states and provides a comprehensive six month neurofeedback program for current and former service members and their families.
· Additionally, the Department of Defense and Veterans Administration is starting to look into the benefits of neurofeedback.
We want to specifically thank the Mel and Bren Simon Foundation, The Veterans Passport to Hope Foundation, Inspection Specialties, The Isle Hotel and Casino, Harmon Dental, Schultz Mortgage, RBC Wealth Management, DNash Accounting and Tax Service, The ICD Foundation, Jane Miller, Wells Fargo Foundation, Friends of Fountain, Dennis the Detailer, and Sonora Photography, plus all the hundreds of supporters who have bought a t-shirt or come to a fundraiser or send us money through Facebook.
It has been an amazing four years, and we could not have done it without you. Thank you for all your help and support.
The Board of Directors.
